A "Certified Business Plan" is "certified" by company employees (Project Managers) who have been trained to ensure a business plan has been completed properly.

A company Project Manager reviews all submissions for certification. This process takes two working days after submission. Once approved by the Project Manager, a Certification Emblem with a unique certificate number is embossed on the cover of the plan, and then the business plan is saved online at the web site in the "certified" section and can be accessed by both the Network Member and the client.
The Certified Business Plan Software System is a web-based tool used by the SoCalBizOps, Inc. internal business plan consulting teams and by independent contractors who are members of the Regal Consultant's Network. Tools include the nine-chapter template broken down into approximately 87-paragraphs.
