Introduction
During August 2008 to January 2009, the company will triple its operations, products and services. It is in a fund raising/stock offering phase.
The company is creating strategic partnerships and alliainces with many firms around the nation to brand the "Certified Business Plan." This provides both internal company growth as well as providing support and growth to its strategic partners such as TVA Capital (Venture Capital), The March Group (Investment Banking & Mergers/Acquisitions), CCS Interactive, Opportunity Productions, Payroll Solutions, Wells Fargo Bank, University of Southern California, and the SBA.
Our Goals
The company has the following goals and objectives established:
- Produce 1,000 Certified Business Plans by year end 2010.
- Increased the percentage of loans and capital from 25% to 50% by year end 2010.
- Raise in excess of $200 Million per year for clients by year end 2011.
- Support 1,000 Consultants who join the Regal Consultant's Network.
- Complete and implement the TVA-Score software development in 2008: fully operational in 2009
- Complete the planning, strategy, and fully implement the Certified Business Plan(C) software system.
- Complete the Consultant's Network website in 2009
- Recruit, hire and train executive, divisional, and department management and the staff reporting to them
- All websites and systems fully operational in 2009
- The company will publish The Essentials of Business Start-Up in 2008
- Complete the strategic alliance with TVA Capital
- Hire and train eight new Certified Business Plan Writing teams by August 2009
